About this apartment rental
Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting.
- Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by July. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.
- Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Please note that Building 1 has two elevators, so access will be maintained at all times.
- Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027.
- Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, but currently waiting on permits and confirmed start dates.
**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.

Kings Crown is a quiet, Gulf-front complex known for its prime location, tropical landscaping, and spacious units. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away, or spend the day playing tennis or relaxing by the heated pool.

This condo is exactly as listed. It’s beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Everyone we met here was friendly and helpful and made our entire stay enjoyable. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach to shell or enjoy sunsets.

Wonderful area and a great property. We did miss not having a hot tub around the pool. Knew that when we booked so nobody’s fault but our own. Overall great vacation. Still gets a 5/5 from us.

Condo was spacious and nice. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Because we got to condo later Saturday all communication was done by email with long delay in response on Saturday and Sunday. Had hard time locating the beach chairs. No direction on where they would be. Once located the beach chairs were very uncomfortable and small. Also not fault of place but person above us walked like an elephant at all times during day and middle of night.
