Unit 112 is a completely updated, first-living-level retreat that pairs sophisticated modern updates with sweeping views of the Gulf.

Exterior landscaping projects are also ongoing around the property. These timelines are projections provided by the association and are subject to change**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented Sand Pointe 112 multiple times and it is always a wonderful experience. The condo has everything you need. The beach is a very short walk down the boardwalk. We look forward to returning next summer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance, I was disappointed the unit had wall to wall carpet. We were coming from a Marriott vacation club so it was easy to be critical. I noticed, aside from wall to wall carpeting the throw rugs in the bathrooms were soiled as were the kitchen rugs. Rubber Matt in bathroom was slimy and old. Guest services provided extra towel mats for bathroom n replaced tub rubber matt. It was obvious cleaners have not done in-depth cleaning. Dust on doors, tops and back of furniture haven’t been cleaned in some time. A bulb out on bathroom fixture. I used a sheet and blanket from twin bed to sit on chair and couch, my preference. Sheets on twin bed were very used and need replacing. The master bed was extremely comfortable, we slept very well. Pillows were past their prime, need to be replaced. All of these things could be easily resolved if management company used critical eye on property. Beach chairs n umbrella needed replacing n despite a call new items never arrived. Definitely need to rent wagon to take beach stuff to beach, we didn’t know!

Kitchen was well supplied and sufficient. Getting in and out of shower could be difficult for some as the tub is very high.

Despite concerns we would book again, a July 2023 wedding prevented us from rebooking at this time.

The pool was beautiful and immaculate, all adults that were friendly.

The King bed in primary bedroom had a new mattress and it was very comfortable. The reservation process, and check in and out was quick and easy. I The beach was gorgeous, and shells were amazing.
