Pyla Gardens is a project located a mere 5 minute drive to the C.T.O beach and the 5 star hotels. It is a approximately 4 km from the beach. The project has beautiful landscaped gardens, large communal pool and a tennis court. The property are very spacious and has natural light coming through. As you enter the property you are faced with a rectangular shaped open plan including the kitchen area, dining area and living area (in that order). The living area then leads on the the balcony that has outdoor comfortable furniture. The living area also leads to the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms.
