About this apartment rental
This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Avon. The unit was completely renovated in 2016: quartz countertops, beautiful wood burning fireplace with mounted 50 inch TV, and gorgeous wood flooring. There are three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill. The living area is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are far enough from the common area that little ones (or sleepy adults) can enjoy peace and quiet while others continue to party on.
The location is perfect for mountain access and is also near a park (playground and lake), grocery store and restaurants.
There is a free shuttle to Beaver Creek that picks you up right in front of the condo to take you to the bottom of the Westin Gondola. You head straight up to Bachelors Gulch and can ski straight to Beaver Creek and/or Arrowhead via the Interconnect. There is also a free shuttle to Vail Thursday-Monday. The condo is a two minute walk to the free Avon bus line and Nottingham Park.
In the summer, enjoy Beaver Creek West's tennis courts and pool or head over to Nottingham Park for a walk around the gorgeous lake. You can also play volleyball or rent a pedal boat or paddle board at the park. In the winter, enjoy the heated pool and hot tub at Beaver Creek West.

This place had lots of space, plenty of amenities (I love when the leftover sauces, spices, etc are kept in the kitchen instead of being thrown away after each stay) & the location was fantastic. We stepped outside of our condo and a dedicated shuttle to beaver creek picked us up. You can also take one to Vail. Owner was communicative & helpful. Short walk to hot tubs too (they can get busy after everyone is done skiing).

This property was perfect! The location could not have been better - blocks away from the Triple Bypass bike event allowing us to walk to finish line. Close to parks, the lake, swimming pool; 3 beds each with their own baths. Clean and comfortable kitchen & living area, toy cabinet, outside patio with table & grill.
