Guests of On Beach Time may also access the two Turtle Club Lane community pools -- one of which can be seen from the spacious back deck that spans the entire back side of the villa. Use this villa as your home base as you and your family explore all the bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails and the other incredible amenities within Sea Pines Resort. Guests initially enter On Beach Time by walking up the exterior staircase from the sidewalk to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the dining area, living room, kitchen, laundry room and stairs to the middle and upper floors. On the middle floor, you will find the guest bedroom and bathroom. The top floor features the master suite and queen suite. You may access the exterior balcony from the master suite and the back deck from the door off of the kitchen & living room.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplaces are NOT available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. House was listed as expected and in very clean order. I would definitely rent this unit again poolnright out the back door, 2 min walk to beach and a quick walk to beach bar next door which was so convenient. An a golf course across the street on the lagoon side. Perfect location!

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom in fabulous location - steps from pool and short walk to the beach in Sea Pines. Unit was clean with plenty of pans/kitchen utensils for those who like to cook. Only issues were with TV and internet which went in and out during the stay. Staff was very receptive to our texts about the problems and got everything running again within a short period. Will stay here again

The condo was great and very convenient to the golf courses we were playing. Very safe neighborhood (gated). Great access to the beach.

Entering the unit, we smelled the musty, stale odor. Over time, you don’t notice it until you’ve been out for several hours and reenter. The kitchen floor is cushy in spots, so there must be water damage and possibly mold underneath. Turtle Lane is an excellent beach location in Sea Pines, but this unit was just okay, and not the great unit we expected for the price paid.
