The amenities are 4 star! Great pool, hot tub, fire pits, restaurants, the Tiki Hut and right on the beach. Bike rental on property- friendly staff
Our bathroom was very old and dated. Rusted shower head, missing paint from tub, broken tile, small one sink vanity. Takes forever for hot water to work. The back of the toilet, the tank is leaning against the wall. Closet has no doors, 6 hangers, rusted rack…

Beach access was wonderful! Parking was easy. Easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. We especially enjoyed an Indian restaurant less than a mile from the hotel.
The Tiki Bar was expensive. The food was meh. The music was too loud. The tables were too close together. It took a very long time to get service.

Friendliness of the staff. Live music. Location.
The room wasn’t clean (floors). Aircon/heating unbelievably loud. Impossible to get a feeling of clean air, super moist and smelling like moisture.
Bad sound insulation, you can hear every conversation in every room.
It’s off season and cold in the mornings. No place to sit down inside for breakfast.
