About this house rental

Our place is just 10 minutes from Kerrville, 5 minutes from Comfort and 30 minutes from Hunt & Fredericksburg. We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Our manufactured home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large front porch, Party pavilion inclusive of hot tub, outdoor fireplace (fully stocked with wood) with fantastic couch seating, pool table, smoker, grill, and outdoor dining for 12. Property also has set up for horseshoes and washers for your enjoyment.

We went for my sisters wedding and this location was the perfect spot to escape the city, enjoy time with friends, and get some outdoor time! The host was wonderful and home was fully stocked with what we needed.

We enjoyed our visit to the Hill Country. My grandson especially loved everything: the pool table, the hot tub, the opportunity to explore, the deer. Laura, our host, was terrific in answering questions and meeting our needs. This is a lovely place which we recommend highly.
