Everything was incredible

Fantastic house with a private pool in a residential complex. Claire and her family are very welcoming hosts and have put a great deal of effort for us to have everything we needed. All rooms are AC/d, kitchen and dining area well equipped. The location is great if you have a car as it is between bustling Pefkochori and Chanioti on the hilly side with beautiful views of the sea. Everything is within 5 min reach: supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Nothing, everything exceeded expectations. Maybe the only recommendation would be to provide 2 sets of keys as people staying at the house might have different plans and have to coordinate in order to enter the house

Beautiful villa, well presented in a lovely setting. Nice pool and a very relaxing place to sit. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance nearby and the local beach bar was really good. Well equipped Villa, good air con, pretty garden. Claire couldn’t have been more helpful as a host.

Another sun longer or two would have been good, but that’s being picky. You’ll need a car for shopping, but that’s obvious on the map, so not really something to raise issue with.

The space was fabulous and comfortable as was the view. The showers worked well, the location to the beach was perfect (and the villa belongs to a complex that has a private area on the beach 400m walk away with free beds and umbrellas). The house keeper who greeted us was brilliant (Clare) and very communicative and helped us every time we needed something. All rooms had air conditioning that worked a treat and the pool was great and cleaned every 2 days and there was plenty of seating. The gardens were looked after well too. Overall a great find and we would love to come back

A microwave is necessary as a general rule which the villa didn't have plus a few more pots and pans if there are more than 4 of you (there was only one small pan and two large) The villa isn't suitable for very young children as fbe pool has no gating around it and there is a precipice around it. Families with children under 6 would be very uncomfortable with this. There is a spiral staircase connecting the 3 floors which wouldn't be suitable for people with walking issues (and we had one so they had to sleep in the living room on the middle floor). These details weren't shown at time of booking. The kitchen wasn't particularly clean when we arrived. The oven had drip marks on it.
