It was very clean

The place was very quite as l was expecting too

We appreciated the clean rooms, the location was excellent—very central and close to everything. The private parking (which we paid €36 for 3days was also a big plus, as it was safe and convenient.

However, there were some things that made our experience less comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM (with small children), we were very tired after traveling from another country. I called the hotel, but the person who answered said we could not check in until 14:30. This was disappointing, especially because we had small kids with us and had to wait outside for hours. Around 14:00, another staff member told us that the room was actually ready, so we were allowed to check in a bit earlier. Another issue was that there was a glass in the room, but no drinking water. Water isn’t expensive, but since we came from another country, it would have been nice to have at least a small bottle available in the room or information on where to buy it nearby. In one of the rooms, the toilet seat was not in good condition, which was also a bit uncomfortable. It would also be helpful if a microwave was available for guests. I didn’t see one in the room, and maybe there was one in a common area, but I wasn’t sure, and no one informed us about it.

This hotel is not worth it. It is dirty and of poor quality. They have no answer. They rented another room, but when I received it, one room was very dirty. It would be better if no one came to this hotel. It is very poor quality.

Toilet in room 107 was unusable and smelled terrible.
