Sunscape Villas are located in the heart of Old town Scottsdale situated along the Continental Golf Course. This 2 bed/1 bath condo was recently renovated with new furnishings, accessories, and flooring. The kitchen features granite counter tops, all appliances, cookware, utensils and dishware. There is a grocery store within walking distance so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The living room features a flat screen HDTV with a blu ray DVD player. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a flat screen TV as well as a dresser for plenty of storage space. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV and a desk. The Bath has been updated with a granite top vanity and a travertine tiled shower.
Sunscape Villas offer many amenities such as; 2 resort pools (heated in winter months), 2 hot tubs, a fire pit and gas barbeques. There is also a large fitness center and yoga studio on site.
If Scottsdale is known for anything it’s these three things: baseball, golf and spas—and there’s plenty new on the scene here. Just a mile away you can enjoy many great restaurants, coffee bars, wine bars, boutiques, galleries, and spas. Also, located in Old Town Scottsdale is the Scottsdale Fashion Square which has some of the best shopping in the valley. Do you like baseball? Fifteen Major League Baseball teams conduct spring training in Arizona, and devotees have flocked to watch the Cactus League players warm up for the season since 1947. Sunscape is within walking distance to the Scottsdale Stadium where you can watch the San Francisco Giants during Spring Training. Just 5 miles away you can also watch the Chicago Cubs spring training which is opening a brand new facility this spring of 2014. If you are a Colorado Rockies or Arizona Diamondbacks fan their spring training facility is also just 5 miles away located at the Talking Stick sports complex. After enjoying an afternoon at the ball game head over to the Talking Stick Casino which offers great entertainment and restaurants. The valley also offers some of the best golf courses in the United States. There are nearly 200 Scottsdale-area golf courses to choose from as well as 330 plus days of sunshine annually. The location has grocery and pharmacy near by. Chris was great at answering questions and getting back to me right away. I stayed 10 weeks and would stay here again.

Decent condo in a great location. Close to shopping, Old Town Scottsdale, parks and paved multi use trail systems. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Chris communicated great and was very responsive to the few issues we encountered. Bath recently remodeled. Kitchen could use an update and better stocking of basic kitchen ware like silverware, cutting knives and new cooking pans. Beds were good. Living room furniture not so comfortable. All in all, a serviceable, quiet condo in a very convenient location.

Location is great and the property manager, Chris, was very responsive to our requests and needs. If location is your main concern, this is a great option as it’s close to everything. That being said, the unit in general is a little “worn.” The appliances are old - the dishwasher and the dryer are really loud. The air conditioning didn’t work right during our stay, and the temperature was 75-80 degrees in the unit. Despite that and even with the $100 allowance for the electric bill, we had to pay a lot extra for electric with our 30+ day stay. I feel that was deceptive and excessive. Renter beware. The internet in the unit was spotty and even when I sat in a set location that seemed to work best, I kept getting kicked off my zoom meetings and had to sign back in. Towels and bedding were also mismatched and old. Guest bedroom bedding was ripped. Location is good so if that’s your main concern, this place will work well for you.
