About this house rental
The mid-century pool bungalow is the ideal space to take in all that Redding has to offer. The home is situated in the heart of town, on a tree-lined street with majestic shade oaks and magnolias offering greenery and a nice shade canopy during the hot summer months. The house is designed as a modern open floor plan with white vaulted beam ceilings and lots of natural light. The home has a cute front yard as well as a private secluded side garden ready to host your family outdoors with soft synthetic turf, an outdoor dining table, and new Weber gas grill. This space connects along the side yard to the rear pool deck which is filled with comfortable seating options. The home comes with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of comfy furnishings throughout the home. Unfortunately, we don't have a washer/dryer available, so please pack accordingly.

It was very dirty. Many cobwebs, dirty floors, bedding did not seem clean. Cockroach in the silverware drawer, a few tree bugs in the bed. Closets were full of kids toys, dusty clothe, cobwebs. We had 5 towels for 6 people and three night. No washer dryer. The pool was extremely dirty. The thing that cleans the bottom was not working or running. Weeds and broker lounge furniture. Spiders and webs in the master bedroom. It was just not clean. You felt dirty when you left. It could be a very nice place with some upkeep and cleaning. Roach traps on the kitchen counter. I had to go buy towels and honestly opened my luggage in my garage when I got home for fear of roaches coming home with me. A very strange vibe in the neighborhood. One day the recycling was empty and one day it was full and not from us. I honestly would not go back.
