Property was very clean. Grass was a touch high but it got mowed a few days into our stay. They had everything besides towels that you would need for the beach(chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys). The pool was nice and clean. Plenty of chairs to sit around. Too hot to enjoy during the day but in the evening it was nice. The AC worked very well. Fans in every room. Plenty of silverware and pots and pans for cooking dinner at home. Smart tvs in every room. WiFi was good. House was clean. Bathrooms were nice. Some small defects but overall very nice. Only down side was our first night there we went to use the oven and there were some dirty pots/pans full of used grease in them.

Great place and location. Jim was very easy to work with and when we had a question he got right back with us. Golf cart was ideal and made it a quick trip to the beach entrance. We will definitely stay here again!

If we are back in PCB in the future this will definitely be our go-to place. It was perfect! We enjoyed this trip more than any of the others we have taken to PCB! The pool was excellent and we paid less than others who stayed in busy hog rise condos.

The location of the house was great. Inside needs more cleaning. Dishwasher was moldy.
