Excellent and budget friendly

It’s a beautiful property with back doors opening to lush orange and pomegranate trees. Clean bed. Clean toilet and you couldn’t ask for anything better.

The owner is such a gentle and lovely soul. She was even willing to let us use bathroom after the checkout. Can’t forget her.

Good central stay

Central location near The Bus station not far from the beach. Helpful host, Good WiFi, not expensive. Bathtub.

Ceiling quite low but that's why the price is low good enough for sleeping, the bed was not made up with the sheets, sheets too small.

The location is too good.

The location is like in the middle like everything is nearby like beaches , old town and main bus station. We also put our luggage after checkout.

Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Also no body wash in the bathroom.

Overall enjoyed the stay, a minute walk to bus station

Host was at onsite, room was clean and nicely organised. Room had gallery with lush green view outside. Host helped us to book our bus tickets to Budva, helped to find nearby places, advised on the timing of the bike trip. Thank you grandma put there.

No space for kitchen hob/gas although utensils were available for cooking. dustbin was available but in the toilet.

Decent guest house in budva- but don't expect comfort here

This guest house is relatively close to budva's old town (20 minutes walk). Our room was quite big with a big kitchen and there is paid parking you can use close by.

The room was old, there was an open electricity socket next to one bed, and the beds were not comfortable.. the area the guest house is in is a bit hard to find, as well as a bit crowded and busy... The feeling to stay in this place was not very good.

Our stay was for a short time, only 3 nights, but it was a nice place to be in Budva.

The host was very kind and communicative, the parking in a supervised place. The accommodation is close enough to the beach, at about 15minutes. The accommodation is not 5 stars, but at this price it is a very good accommodation.

Maybe some maintenance is needed.

Perfect place to stay in Budva!

The location was awesome, a 4 minute walk from the bus stop, right near multiple supermarkets and takeaway shops, and less than 10 minutes from the beach, and 15 mins to the old town along the water! The room was super clean, comfy and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed our time here! The owner and her granddaughter were lovely and helpful! Thank you for having us!

Nice host, nice balcony, good location

The host was very nice and was able to speak German with us. There was also a parking place, which was also great. She allowed us to use her washing machine on the first day, which was very nice and kind. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy in the surrounding that helped us a lot. There is also a close beach and a 'bazaar', where you can find something affordable if you need some clothes immediately. The magnets are also cheaper there compared to the city center. We made a small trip to the city Cetinje while staying there. There is also a small kitchen inside the room, so we made our own tea and sat on the balcony. The location is in the middle of the roads; however, it didn't disturb us. To the old town and beaches, we preferred to walk; however, it takes some time. (like 15-20 mins for us).

The only problem for us was the ceiling. Since it's 'Dachboden' (roof), my bf and I hit our heads several times. Especially, when I was getting up from bed in the morning while being sleepy. It was not easy to get used to it immediately. Other than that, it was worth the money that we paid.

A nice cosy place .

This is a nice little place with a cute but spacious balcony, run by an older lady, who is is very helpful and prompt. The place is priced well and is at a walking distance from the city centre. So close to the bus stops

Host wrote in English but when we arrived she did not speak it. Only german. She said we could charge our EV when we booked but when we arrived there was no such thing. She did not le us park near the house but in a private parking near. Furniture is old and run down and room smells moldy. Avoid.

Budva was even more special with Olga Guest House.

It was the best decision to choose Olga Guest House, the couple was very kind to us during our stay. Very clean, comfortable and pretty close to everything, specially the beach.

Blackout curtains would be very nice.

The room was big. That was like a house with kitchen balcony and the bathroom.

The owner of the place wasn't helpful enough. We arrived there at night. We had informed her the arriving time before got there. But it was a cold room and cold water for shower. That was the only thing we need to have a warm bath :(

I am very satisfied with the service Olga has provided us with. she was very easy going and she gave us a much better apartment for the same price, because she saw how tall we are for the attic apartment and she had the bigger and more spacious apartment available, so she rented it to us for the same price as the smaller attic apartment. that was very sweet. plus, she granted us with a free of charge later check out since no one was checking in after us. Very pleasant lady. The location is good to the small grocery store as well as a large aroma market down the street. the view was great.

it was a simple interior, because it was 2 star accommodation, so don’t expect a palace. Buy it was very clean and pleasant to be in. only the shower was uncomfortable - the curtains didn’t provide secure water blockage, so it was coming out everywhere during the shower time. It’s a little bit close to the road, but we stayed in the room where there was no outside noise, so it was great.

Great hosting, very good location

At 5am in the morning i arrived at the city. You can imagine how much you need to be under a roof at that time and in mood of tiredness and sleepiness. The owner didnt think twice and accepted my check in. And she was always very kind to assist for anything that you might need during the stay. Thank you very much!

Good location, bad bathroom

The location was good.

The bathroom is separated from the main hotel room. We had to walk across the hallway every time we wanted to use the bathroom. The bathroom lock did not work, so anyone could come into the bathroom whenever they wanted. The bed was 2 small spring beds pushed together. They were not comfortable at night. There is no lift for luggage.
