This is a 2 level Condominium townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (sleeps 4 max).
Stay & relax at this comfortable, cozy townhouse on Ski Run Boulevard.
It is centrally located in the city of South lake Tahoe, less than a mile to the Lake front; 5 mins to the casinos at State Line, NV.; and 2 mins to the ski lifts of Heavenly Ski Resort (California Lodge).
Once you step inside the condo, you will find yourself in a nice retreat.
The spacious Living Room boasts a nice view of the Heavenly ski slopes, where you can also curl up on the sofa, in front of the warm and cozy fireplace, after a day out.
A HD TV, and a blue-ray DVD player are in the Living Room.
Whether you choose to cook a wonderful meal, make a simple breakfast, or bake a cake, our fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you would want.
We have new stainless steel oven, cooktop, and vent put in summer 2016.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a HD TV and DVD Player, a good size closet, chest of 2 drawers, 2 bedside tables, and a balcony that opens up to the serene woods.
The Second Bedroom has 2 twin size beds, a chest of 5 drawers, a bedside table and a closet.
Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a mountain cabin theme.
There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, one upstairs, and one downstairs.
There are also a washer and a dryer in the unit, installed in 2016, which make it convenient for you to do laundry.
No air conditioner in the unit - 2 fan towers are supplied for cooling.
High-Speed Internet connection (WI-FI) provided.

Angela was an excellent host - super responsive and nice! Location is perfect for exploring Tahoe and the place has plenty of space for 3 (and could comfortably fit for a 4th as well).

Wonderful condo for my family. Centrally located and easy to get to. Everything we needed to feel at home. Thank you Angela for checking in with me prior to arrival and always being available if we needed you. Can’t wait to visit again😊

The property was adequate, however it was very hot the four days we were there. The unit had no AC but it did have two fans. The beds were uncomfortable and housecleaning mixed up the day we were leaving. They came two days early and entered the unit and began cleaning, even though our belongings were there. We ended up leaving a day early.
