Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. My two teens and 10 year old LOVED the layout of the place. It was perfect from family time but also for privacy when the teens wanted their space. We cooked and ate, watched TV and played games. It has everything you need. This place is also perfectly located. Super short drive to lake, casinos, eating spots, grocery store and even the ER. Yes we had to visit the ER when my son hurt his foot. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the hospitality!!

This was a great little place for our family of 4. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The master bedroom had a large closet and super comfy bed. (Not sure why they have a dresser that is too big for the room preventing the door from opening all the way.) Very clean and cozy and comfortable condo.
