About this house rental
Located on the South end of the Island near Punta Sur. You’ll love this home because of the unlimited ocean views, outdoors spaces, and fabulous Caribbean sunrises. This is a fully furnished, 4 BR, 5 bath, livable home that is good for couples and families (with kids). It includes a fantastic pool with a palapa that allows you to enjoy the pool views, but stay out of the sun. It does have multiple levels with stairs, so may not be suited for people with disabilities. Air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room. Fantastic outdoor spaces where you can watch passing dolphins and cruise ships.
This home is professionally managed by the largest management company on the island. A host will be available at check-in and at any time you may have questions about the home or the Island. Isla Mujeres is only 5 miles long and a 1/2 mile wide at its widest point. This area of the Island is quiet with fantastic views and within walking distance the South point, lighthouse and the Eastern most point in all of Mexico.

The house and setting was beautiful. Everyone felt that they had their own space. Hot tub was covered with cement and were unable to get ahold of management company. Tried text, call, and what's app, with no success. Did comment to the concierge on arrival and he stated that he would contact the management company as well. We truly enjoyed our trip and are looking forward to a return. Owners were excellent prior to stay with communications.

Excellent vacation rental. This rental is located right next to the ocean. It has a large pool, with great views of the southern part of the island. The house is large with one bedroom located on the side of the house separate from the rest of the house if a couple wanted privacy. It's our second time renting it, and would definitely rent again.

Cada la Fiesta was a phenomenal location to stay in the island, with a great layout. The house was clean and well kept. We greatly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back. Beds were firm but comfortable. Bed / bath layouts were good. The back patio area was amazing. Housekeeping stopped by while we were staying and did a wonderful job.

The pool pump has been out for a long time. Not really sure how they keep it clean. Green growth on bottom, but with activity it went away. Also missing a drain cover leaving a large hole to step off into. They need to spend some money fixing things. Places were they have water leaks, ceiling is peeling away. Furniture has alot of dings. To of the bedrooms lack in furnishings. Our room had a regular bed and a barstool. No nightstands, dresser or anything to put stuff away. A second room with 2 twin beds is the same. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. However a sharp knife is not available, only dull ones. The property manager is the best feature. He did very well. We had workers for a entire day and a derelict car pulled out of the garage in the way for 2 days. Owners spend some money to fix the place up a bit.
