We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The property is well maintained and well equipped. We started most days with a walk to the beach only 10 minutes away. Everything from shopping to restaurants is close by. The complex is quiet and the pool area was clean and the water warm.
Couldn't ask for a better location and the owners we rented from were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Our first experience renting from the owners could not have been easier or more enjoyable from start to finish! The villa was very nice and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Great location, easy access to the beach. By car there are lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We loved spending time here and definitely will be back one day. The city of Naples was a great place to visit for families and very safe.

Location location location! My husband and I had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful and comfortable villa. It honestly felt like a little bit of home - well appointed (everything you could possibly need is in this house), clean, and close to all of the best in Naples. We were just blocks away from the beach, but also close to great shopping and incredible restaurants. Some of our best nights were spent on the beautiful lanai - cocktails and bbq overlooking the lake and fountain. This is a spacious home that feels like HOME. We'll certainly be back.
