Casita is an easy, safe two block walk to Mirador Beach on Sea of Cortez offering swimming, fishing, tide pooling, horseback riding, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Enjoy dolphin/whale/bird watching, water sports, etc. Puerto Peñasco, aka Rocky Point, is a safe, friendly town 60 miles south of US border crossing at Lukeville, Arizona. The lodgeing was exactly as advertized and much more. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The patio is open on one side so their is a good brezze and open view. Their is a large variety of birds that visit. The guards were strolling back and forth, day and night, and were very friendly to visit with. We felt very secure in our surroundings. The house was comfortable and the prime TV came in perfectly. This was our first trip to Rocky Point and it did not dissappoint. We can't wait to get back.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, washer and dryer, tons of appliances, a gas grill. Everything you could ask for and more. We brought our dog, and she was quite happy there. It is a short walk to the beach, and the Walmart is a short drive away. It is a gated community so we felt secure. I highly recommend this property, especially if you travel with your dog as the yard and patio are fenced.
