Enjoy the fun and relaxing Corona Del Sol Resort with 2 large pools, a hot tub, picnic areas, walking paths & easy beach access. You also have full access to all of the roof-top decks around the entire building for stellar views! Beach is a 5 min walk with easy access.
This condo is furnished beautifully & comfortably with 2 king beds and a queen sized sofa-bed. The living room have a Smart Tv and the condo has everything you need in linens and kitchen items.
The Space:
Enjoy the views of the resort from the patio with the beach just a short walk away.
The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a premier tourist beach destination, located in the city of Puerto Peñasco, a stunning coastal destination! With its pristine beaches and breathtaking views, Las Conchas is a paradise for beach lovers. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand, swim in crystal-clear waters, kayak, or simply soak up the sun, Las Conchas has it all. Some other popular activities are Standup Paddleboarding, banana boating, sunset cruises, whale and dolphin sightings, and enjoying excellent Mexican food and seafood.

There is only one car permitted to park alongside the wall in the back by the elevator and any additional car must park in front by the guard gate.

The condo was comfortable and such a great size. Close to the beach.. I loved this beach. Our host was right there contacting me after reaching out. Close to Walmart to get groceries and restaurants.

The property was very nice. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We had a great time staying at this condo. It was close to beach and close enough to town to drive back and forth. The only downside was that the beach was too rocky. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.
