About this house rental
central location ! It is on the Fanno Creek and SW Hall Blvd, close to the Tigard public library, the beautiful Fanno Creek trail is just a minutes walk away. This is a very spacious Single level , single family home , with vaulted ceiling and open kitchen, living dining floor plan, this house feels very spacious, bright and pleasant. House is new, all appliance and furniture are new, Mattress are high quality brand, and of course NEW! ( with my experience , I find the good quality mattress is important for a good night sleep, many home I stayed during my travel, I found the home were beautiful, but the mattress were mostly old and saggy, I personally want to make effort on the mattress for this home, hope you will notice the difference)
Hardwood floor through out the house, big fenced grass yard, so pets are welcome !
Property is next to Tigard public library, conveniently located 15-20 minutes to portland downtown, 3 minutes west of lake Oswego, 5 minutes to Bridgeport shopping center, the most upscale stores and fine dining restaurants, 3 minutes to I-5, or 217.
Pets maybe allowed , $100 Pet cleaning fee apply

We really enjoyed our stay in Tigard, the house was clean which is mostly what I care about. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it wasn't well stocked, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, no dish soap (only dishwasher soap), 1 kitchen towel and rag, 1 garbage bag, empty salt and pepper shakers etc and we were staying for 3.5 weeks! Upon request of more items we received a few extra kitchen towels, more garbage bags and hand soap but we had to shop for everything else.
Owners were easy to communicate with and house was clean so I'd stay again but just know you may be buying necessities, I just wish I knew before arriving what would be provided or not.

I was looking for accommodations for 3 business guests within close proximity to our office. This was far better than putting people up in a hotel for 2 weeks. Not only is the cost comparable or slightly less than 3 hotel rooms for 2 weeks the open living / dining space offered a more relaxed collaborate environment.

We felt very comfortable at this house while our own house was under construction. Our kids had fun playing in the main room. Even though the house backs up to a main road, it was quiet and the fenced yard felt very private. It was great to have access to the garage, as well.
