About this house rental
3000Square feet, large Brand new House 2 story, new Furniture and appliances. Central location, House located in a quite neighborhood with newer large custom homes, 5 minutes to Bridgeport high-end shopping center, where you find all kinds of fine dining restaurants, 5 minutes east to City of lake oswego, or I-5, Highway 217, 15 minutes north to portland downtown.
House has a big size of fence yard with grass. some covered patio.
This House has total 6 bedrooms( one is on the main with a king bed ) , 3 Full bath.
main floor: Large open kitchen, living dining, vaulted ceiling . main floor has one bedroom with a king bed , has a large full bath. upstairs , large master bathroom , other 4 bedrooms, each has a queen, queen, and king bed, and one room has desk as office or can be turn into a bedroom( we can add one more bed in this room if needed).
This is a large house , But We limit this house to total 8 guests , for the enjoyment of comfort and to remain the house a beautiful home for people either on business trip or vacation. we hosted Athlete and Nike executives.

This place was just what we were looking for! 7 high school friends celebrating our 40th birthdays and wanting our own space. This house was perfect. It has 6 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs), 3 full bathrooms and is in a new development. It’s about 15min from downtown Portland and about 25min to the airport (depending on traffic). There’s a Trader Joe’s nearby and Target for all your grocery needs!
Owners are very nice and accommodating... even allowing us an earlier check in and late checkout since our flights coming in/going out were all different. They were really responsive to our emails, also!
Although being in a quiet neighborhood and away from downtown, it still is a bit of a hassle to drive into Portland and back so plan accordingly to avoid traffic congestion and going back and forth. Traffic could be a pain and take 2x longer than it should.
The only other “complaint” would be that one of the rooms is a leather futon, but they do provide a separate cushion to lay on top for comfort which made a big difference.
Regardless, I would still come back and stay here!! Thanks for a comfortable stay as a memorable trip!
