Very clean. Wonderful staff.
Television didn't work. Water Kettle was defective. Dangerous short circuit in the lamp. Water leaks in roof.

The host and helping personnel were very helpful, positive and I could always chat with them. I got to change to room to an upgraded one with the panoramic windows overseeing the jungle - felt very private definitely recommend
The first room I got was very dump and you could see the mould on the ceiling has to be fixed

Great location, amazing staff, Lek made the stay much better. Also a fairly maintained pool right outside the door
