Nestled just a short walk from the iconic London Bridge, you'll be immersed in the heart of this vibrant LAKESIDE/GOLFCOURSE community.
As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Unwind in the game room, or inviting outdoor pool or soak in the rejuvenating hot tub, all while enjoying the STYLISH condo with high-speed Wi-Fi. Refresh your wardrobe with the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer, and settle in for a cozy movie night on the smart, BIG SCREEN TV with satellite cable channels.
Venture out and explore the breathtaking Lake Havasu, just a 13-minute walk away approximately, or head to the nearby Lake Havasu State Park for a day of outdoor adventure. Our walkway leads around the parks on both sides of the bridge. Back at the condo, you'll find a full kitchen with many gadgets, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to craft delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations on the kitchen island or step out to the balcony and savor the stunning water views and patio set for two.
Indulge in the property's exceptional amenities, including a game room in beautiful club house, a variety of games, a DVD player with a video library, and even a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Beautiful condo that has everything vacationers need for a relaxing stay! Short walk to restaurants, movie theater, shopping and the historic London Bridge. Morning coffee from balcony and sunset views overlooking the golf course was bonus! From booking to check-in to check-out, the host was very responsive and communicated every detail. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The condo was well stocked with towels, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, etc. Washer and dryer worked well and detergent and dryer sheets were available. There was a little

2nd floor, great view of golf course, cannot see water through all the trees, so that was a bummer being that close to the lake. Living room and kitchen new furniture and good appliances, bedrooms old furniture, mattress lumpy needs to be replaced. Place was clean but has old smell of cigarette smoke permeated in the walls and cabinets. I bought air fresheners & Fa-breeze and aired it out each day and no affect on the smell. Some of our clothes smelled of smoke during out stay. Luckily was able to sleep at night and got past the smell, but whole place needs vents cleaned and repainted. Host was nice and offered maid to come wipe down the walls, but we did't want to deal with that while on vacation.
