Communication prior to our stay was clear and helpful and kind. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The owner, Mrs Donnan had even supplied and decorated a Christmas tree for us, which was lovely. There was also a welcome basket which was most appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
Really, there was nothing. We had lots of information and would have been able to directly contact the owner if there had been a problem.

Extremely clean and wonderfully spacious home for our stay.
Lisa put out some welcoming snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive!

Everything, nice touch that there was milk and snacks, toys for daughter to play with, could have stayed longer.
Baby gate would have been handy but no massive problem really.
