Read the description, this is a boutique hotel.
This hotel offers a unique experience by providing a comfortable stay with minimal interference.There is no big lobby or other fancy hotel facilities but instead you get a well equiped room in a great location managed by great staff.
The rooms were clean , well equiped , and had a unique design. The bed was comfortable.
Things I liked in this hotel:
-The location
- The staff ( front desk and housekeeping, except**)
- The room
- the balcony
- the view
- the minimal interference and privacy
- check in was smooth
- check out was smooth
Things I didn't like , and wish they improve.
-The elevators , they really should invest in better ones, or at least program them to work together when the button is pushed.
- No don't disturb button or sign in the room , I didn't have an issue with housekeeping coming in as it seems they keep track when the room is empty, but a DND would make it easier if I wanted to sleep till a later hour.
- the shower could benefit from a glass door to minimize water splashes.
- the safe inside the rooms are bit weird and old.
- **the stocky security guy.
There were multiple security guys at the facility and work in 24 hour shifts .
One was truly amazing and was a pleasure to meet , he was an older gentleman I think named Morman
; but the other guy who was a bit stocky really made the place feel gloomy.
Not that he did anything wrong in particular but he must know that he is the front of your establishment, literally as the lobby is in the 2nd floor, and a smile wouldn't kill him.I greeted him like four times and he just frowns back.
When you work in the hospitality business these things matter.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel in my next visit and recommend to others.
