About this house rental
Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison.
George Bailey Loft
Our loft apartments are two bedroom 2nd floor units located above the vacation homes. They offer spacious home-like accommodations. The George Bailey Loft does not sit directly above the George Bailey Home. It is adjacent to the upstairs of the home and has a separate entrance accessible by interior stairs next to the garage. There is not a way to connect this loft unit to the home but renting both is a great option for families/groups that require more space and would like to be together. There is no outdoor space (patio, grill, etc.) associated with this unit unless you are also renting the vacation home. **The George Bailey Home and Loft are located up the hill from the main part of the resort, adjacent to our manufactured home park. It is easy walking distance to the main part of the resort but guests may choose to drive. Note that separate parties may be staying in the House and Loft units simultaneously but they have separate entrances and the Loft is located above the garage.**
• Approximately 1000 square feet
• Each bedroom has a queen size bed
•Bathroom has a tub/shower
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent
• Parking here for 2 vehicles and a trailer
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.
**For VRBO guests, please refer to your reservation confirmation sent to your email after booking for check-in and unit details. We operate like a hotel with a front desk.**
All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.

It was excellent as always! We have a great time and it was very clean and the staff is beyond friendly and willing to help out their customers when needed. We will be staying back here again next year as this has become a family tradition for the last 30 years!

It was even better than I expected after looking at the pictures online. It was bigger than it looked, and spotlessly clean. It was close to everything we could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again!
