Just a few steps from the beach...kick back and relax in this newly renovated vacation/long term rental with new kitchen, baths granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and wood look tile floors. Fully furnished and in the middle of popular restaurants, concerts, shops, and events, park and tennis courts. Relax on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and ocean! Tennis courts nearby & numerous golf courses in surrounding area! Walk to shops & restaurants! Come stay for 2 weeks, a month or year round. Close to Mayo Clinic. Two story beach condo with three bedrooms and two baths. "Urban" living steps away from the beach or pool. Enjoy walking or riding your bike, you don't need a car. Includes one designated parking spot. Master bedroom (upstairs) has a king bed, one guest bedroom(downstairs) has queen bed, and the third bedroom (upstairs) has four bunk beds. You have a first story and second story balcony to choose from. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also WIFI. Minimum rental term is two weeks. The Pool is currently not available for use. Washer/dryer are located inside the condo.

We absolutely loved our month long stay at this condo! It was everything we hoped for and more. The condo is beautiful inside, freshly updated, spacious, and was even better in person than the photos! It was so nice to have an upstairs and downstairs and 2 balconies. We were so excited to see that the top balcony has an ocean view! Beautiful sunsets and the sound of ocean waves. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach - so easy to get to and to go back and forth during the day. The entry hall has all been freshly updated. We loved the extra security of having a building key and a unit key and also locked gates to the courtyard at night. Parking was close and convenient. The condo is in the best area of Jax Beach, away from the beach crowds and close to Target, Publix, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, and lots of restaurants! Paige was so helpful and sweet in all of our communications. We also made friends with the sweetest neighbor and were sad to leave them. It's a beautiful condo complex where everyone takes great care in making sure it's maintained. It was just a joy to be able to stay here for a month and we are already dreaming of coming back!

The outside of this place does not look great and the entry hall really scared us, but once inside, it has been fully remodelled and is really a cute little place- clean and well-stocked with nice dishes , towels and beach towels. It is less than a minute walk to the beach and the pool has a great little shaded area where you can relax in the shade. We had three cars, so parking was a problem over the 4th of July weekend, but no problem the rest of the month we stayed there. My only recommendation would be to make more than one set of keys available to renters or even better, get a digital code door lock.

The moment we walked in the door, it felt like home!
The condo was clean, updated and well kept.
The location was ideal, close to all amenities and safe to walk at night. The grounds were well kept and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed morning coffee with an ocean view from the third floor balcony, and dinner to the sound of the ocean on the main floor balcony.
We will definitely plan to return to this rental!
