Welcome to this three story gulf/bay front paradise! From the moment you arrive, you will know you entered pure luxury. Take the custom elevator right to the top floor where you will find a spacious living room with beautiful custom sectional and plenty of seating to take in the incredible panoramic views of the bay! The 3rd floor also boasts an incredible wraparound deck, the most amazing views and even a roof-top sun deck to really enjoy the sun and miles of gulf views in every direction. A gourmet, granite kitchen awaits you on the 3rd floor as well, with high end appliances and everything you'll need for your time away. A comfortable yet stylish dining room right off the kitchen opens to the deck as well to allow you to enjoy your meals while watching the dolphins which make nearly daily appearances right in the bay. The third floor also houses one of the house's 5 bedrooms (with 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4). The second floor has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 (King, queen, queen, bunk, day bed with trundle). 2 gorgeous bathrooms on 2nd floor as well. A huge custom appointed closet is located in the master with double vanities and a extra large shower (multiple shower heads in the master bath).

Your own private dock awaits you as well, just perfect to fish or crab from. A boat lifts are unavailable as part of the rental but the boat ramp is one canal from the house and the driveway can accommodate a boat/trailer without issue.

This area offers unbelievably great fishing, whether you pick the bay, deep-sea fishing or the river (fresh water). Being able to have your boat right at your dock is a huge plus! Unload your daily catch right at your own private dock!

Need a break from reeling in all those fish? How about a round of golf? St. James Bay is about 15 miles away on Hwy. 98 in Carrabelle. This 18-hole championship course is sure to challenge you while providing gorgeous fairways and scenic paths throughout.

But we all know you can't fully enjoy a water front getaway without a trip or two to the beach and we happen to have some of the very best. Mashes Sands Beach is just a few minute walk from the house. It offers a beautiful, small beach and a fishing pier. The beach is located on the bay and it's calm shallow waters offer safety for small children and a great opportunity for shelling. If you want a wide, luxurious beach experience, head down to Alligator Point and Bald Point State Park (about 7 mi.). Almost every water activity is possible there: sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, you name it!

Need a break from all that fun in the sun? How about an afternoon in quaint Carrabelle or Apalachicola, with its cute shops and awesome oysters! Those are just a short drive west along the gulf, but if you'd prefer to stay even closer to the house, there are glass bottom boat tours or take the kids to the Gulf Specimen Marine Lab where they can enjoy the touch tanks and see the gulf wildlife right before their very eyes!

You'll have had a full day, but if you decide to head out for dinner, rest assured, you're in good hands. Locally caught seafood is prepared in the many fine restaurants located in Panacea, Carrabelle, and Apalachicola. If you prefer to cook it yourself, fresh shrimp, oysters, and the catch of the day are available in the seafood houses dotted along the coast.
