Step outside your back door to be greeted by the morning sunrise, fragrant sea breezes, and a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico at this Carrabelle home. This Gulf-front property gives you a private pool, a screened and shaded deck overlooking the water, and immediate access to the beach down below.
This two-story home is located right on the shore of Carrabelle Beach, across Highway 98 from the historic Crooked River Lighthouse. The center of town, with its shops, eateries, services, and conveniences, is just three miles up the coast.
You'll want to live your life outdoors here, basking in the famous Florida sunshine and taking in the view of the Gulf. A lanai screens the entirety of the back deck and terrace, keeping the bugs at bay as you splash in the pool, sunbathe on the patio, barbecue on the gas grill, and dine alfresco. There is also a dock with electric boat lift available for guest use.
The view is every bit as enjoyable inside the house, thanks to the many windows and glass doors that line the rear walls. Whether you're streaming movies in the living room, cooking in the kitchen (complete with a wine fridge and a walk-in pantry), or dining in the windowside breakfast nook, you can keep one eye open for dolphins playing in the waves.
In addition to comfortable sleeping spaces, you'll find a great remote workspace overlooking the Gulf upstairs, a jetted bathtub in the primary bathroom, and central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi throughout the house. A private washer/dryer is also provided for all of your laundry needs.
Things to Know
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Dock details: docking over night allowed
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wow! What an incredible place to stay!My family and I stayed at Sunrise Shores in November 2025, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The photos just don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person.The house was spotless and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We cooked all our meals in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, which had every pot, pan, and utensil you could imagine. Cooking while watching the ocean just beyond the windows was such a dream.Check-in was a breeze, and the property management team was amazing. So friendly, responsive, and on top of everything.The master suite might be the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Having almost an entire floor to ourselves felt so peaceful, and the extra washer and dryer in the master bathroom was such a convenient touch.The private fishing dock and the sense of total privacy made the whole stay feel extra special. We had the beach practically to ourselves and saw dolphins swimming by every single day, sometimes more than once.We truly had the most amazing time. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have made it better because the owners have truly thought of everything. Sunrise Shores gave our family such a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we can’t wait to come back again

Slap my knee and call me tickled pink, Sunrise Shores was a rip-roarin’ hoot for the whole darn fam-diddlyam! This Gulf Shores gem, with four cozy bedrooms and six baths, had us happier than a hog in a mud puddle. The screened-in porch was perfect for sippin’ sweet tea, and that nice dock out back had me dreamin’ of reelin’ in a big ol’ fish. The Gulf views from the balcony? Hoo-wee, prettier than a sunset on a tractor ride! The shared pool got the young’uns splashin’ like ducks, though I wish the listing hollered louder about it bein’ communal. The place was cleaner than my Sunday shoes, but the pots and pans need some TLC, like my trusty lawnmower. Management was friendlier than a puppy at a picnic, fixin’ a sticky door quicker than you can say “golly gee.” Steps to the beach, close to shops, and quieter than a church mouse—perfect! Only hiccup? We ran outta dishwasher soap after the kids’ pancake palooza. Would I book again? You bet your britches, Sunrise Shores is the cat’s pajamas for a family shindig! 10/10, would dad-joke again!
