About this house rental
This spacious 5 bedroom house has a beautiful gated garden. The lovely upper story has the primary bedroom, and a sun-filled open plan featuring a gourmet kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, an ample dinging room table, high ceilings, large windows and a nana door. The ground floor features a second living room and the other four bedrooms. Recently renovated, this home has 2 decks, an outdoor fire pit, an outdoor shower, mature gardens and is located just a few steps from the beach! No more than 15 people allowed at any time. Dogs allowed with prior approval. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twins

Great house for a family beach vacation. Plenty of towels and a warm outdoor shower to rinse off the sand was nice. Gated yard for those with pets. Was very nice and relaxing, we will be back.

This large modern house is located walking distance from the fun, small town of Stinson Beach and walking distance to the beach which one can see from the 2d floor deck of the house. The house is well equipped and has beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The location is also close to several well known hiking trails. The property managers were very responsive to any requests we had.

Power went out for an evening/night and the property management company/owner didn't do much to make that situation right. From what I was told, Stinson Beach has a lot of power outages. This occurring is essentially a risk a renter has to take. Outside of that risk, the property was a good stay.
