Located on Garver Lake, 20 minutes from Notre Dame, this 4000 square foot home boosts 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, huge kitchen with lake views, deck with gas grill, and walk out basement. Fully stocked kitchen, paddleboat, and kayak, fire pit with seasoned wood utensils for making smores available. This home designed with entertaining at the forefront!!! The basement has a full bar, fireplace, big screen TV, pool table/ping pong table, and cozy furniture. Just come, relax, and ENJOY!!!

Great place for a large group (we were 12). We were attending a football game at Notre Dame and found this to be convenient yet out of the fray. Lovely lake view and enjoyed the decks and fire pit. Comfortable rooms. Our host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time staying here and hosting a couple of dinner parties during a football weekend. The accommodations were spacious and the setting was wonderful. Thank you for making your house available!

The house had a wonderful set up and lots of room for a large group. It has plenty of beds for everyone and the living spaces were large so that you did not feel crowded even with a large amount of people. Also the amenities (ie. use of a washer and dryer) were great.
