Please note the pool is not heated and does not have heating capability.

2. Our rates DO NOT INCLUDE linen service. The package for this home is $125.
3. Prime summer rentals WILL INCLUDE a linen package. (mid June to mid August)
4. Pets are allowed (2 pets or less) with a $75 pet fee; we do NOT have size restrictions. If you are traveling with more than two pets, please inquire!
5. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. Please don't ask for an exception.
6. Fully keyless property; no waiting in lines to check in!!

Nicely remodeled simple beach home. Great location 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool and surrounding patio were really nice with lots of seating. Really nice kitchen and bathrooms.
On the downside, very little pantry space, center living room area pretty dark with no windows and no lamps. Lots of roaches/palmetto bugs scattered when we first arrived and we saw multiples of them each of our 4 days at the house.
