Villa Charm is the name of this property, it is a beautiful custom built southern style home in the quiet residential North end of Tybee Island available for rent by family groups or responsible adults over the age of 25 years old. Villa Charm is a new vacation rental first available to rent as of New Years 2019. Villa Charm is next to its sister mirrored build Villa Palms. There are 4 large bedrooms with 4.5 baths in this home. Three of these bedrooms are each master bedrooms with their own private en suite full bathrooms and private balconies. This home is pet friendly and the Savannah River side beach access is just 700’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year.
The main entry level of Villa Charm is an open floor plan of the large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a double built in oven, large refrigerator, cooking range, microwave and dishwasher. The living area includes a large 55” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 8 and 3 additional seats at the kitchen island preparation area.
One of the master bedrooms is at the back of this entry floor level with a private bathroom including walk in shower and claw foot tub and private balcony. The main entry level to this home also includes a laundry room with full size high efficiency washer/dryer and a half bath in the hallway.
The top floor includes the other two master bedrooms with private walk in showers and claw foot tubs and a fourth bedroom with two twin over full beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. This floor includes a custom built wet bar with flat screen TV and a queen sleeper couch. Three master bedrooms have flat screen internet TVs with DVD players. Each of the main entry floor and top floor have separate air conditioning units and programmable thermostats.
The garage has plenty of room to park inside. There is additional room to park 2+ off street vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.
This home has WIFI, gas grill and plenty of porch space to sit back and relax.

This is a true VRBO, Tony the owner is your point of contact and he takes good care of you. If you need anything from him he lives nearby. We were two families with 4 kids in the 12-14 range and had plenty of space. The 3 bedrooms with king beds were very large and had large bathrooms as well. The bunkbed room was a little smaller and the bathroom was across the hall but still worked fine. There is also a sitting room with couch and TV just outside the bunk room. The house was very clean with comfortable beds.
The location is very close to a beach access point but this is the river side of the beach. If you want to be on the actual Atlantic you need to drive or take a very long walk. However, Tony provides a parking pass so you can park anywhere on the island without having to pay. A very nice bonus! There were also beach chairs in the garage, along with a second fridge that we used to keep all of our drinks cold.

Rain or shine, this place was a fantastic stay. Though it rained for most of our trip, the home provided ample space for us to hang out and relax. The porches on every floor allowed for a great time to sit out and feel the breeze or listen to the rain. Situated in the perfect part of Tybee Island, the short walk to the beach over the boardwalk was perfect. The entire house was so clean and homelike. Tony was excellent throughout the whole rental process and answered questions quickly. This is by far one of the best rental experiences I've had!

Great location! So close to the beach. Tony was amazing host also. Found my new Tybee home away from home.
