Recently remodeled, Golf Villa (1BR), with golf course view in Ocean Village Private Waterfront Community.
Completely furnished, linens and towels provided, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, central A/C, washer & dryer, 2 Smart LCD TV's (with cable) and DVD, WiFi Internet. Screened Patio.
The community features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, racquet sports, par-3 nine-hole executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a small green fee from about Dec 20 through a week after Easter. The community also has its own restaurant at Ocean Village which is located next to the largest of the 3 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a "kiddie pool" for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and a brand new community center with fitness center.

This quiet, peaceful resort-like community is located in Ft. We loved Ocean Village and appreciated all of its amenities. The condo was ideally situated, although a bit of a walk to the beach. The unit had everything that we needed. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have just one queen/king in the BR instead of 2 double beds. Otherwise, everything was great!

Cozy and comfortable. Great location for restaurants, walking in town or on the beach. Bicycles were definitely a nice touch

Bicycles, beach chairs, golf bag tote , cooler, all were used, other hard to travel with things are available. Nice towels and linens. Lovely decorations. Secluded view looking over golf course. On site to restaurant was very good. Service a little stretched, but likely will improve. Relax and enjoy the things we never have time to do at home. One concern was the beds are hard.

Very homey and welcoming condo. We were able to cook meals, walk to the beach, parking was good, Maria has just about everything you need, which is helpful if you're flying like us. It was rainy and she had umbrellas at the ready, beach chairs, plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Two suggestions: a spice rack with simple spices would be a nice addition to the kitchen, however, there was salt and pepper, and the bed closest to the window is really really hard. I'm sure most people wouldn't be expecting a bed quite that hard. A new mattress might be a welcome addition.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would certainly return again! Thanks Maria
