3 Bedroom on the 6th hole fairway. This 2nd floor beach decor condo has Garden and Golf views. Living area features vaulted ceiling and tiled through out the main living area, dining room and kitchen. In the kitchen is fully equipped with a walk in panty-laundry room hiding a full size washer-dryer. Living room does not have a sleeper sofa but this unit will sleep 6 comfortably. The furniture is casual and comfy sectional sofa with a chaise lounge. The dining room has seating for 4 to enjoy dinner together. The Master bedroom has a King bed, wood flooring, classic white high-top dresser with mirror matching white end tables, double mirrored closets, TV and a ceiling fan. In the 2nd Bedroom there is a full size bed, mirrored closets, also wood flooring and clean white bedroom furniture characteristic of an island resort. The 3rd Bedroom shows 2 twins, wood flooring, mirrored double closet, a white matching white dresser with matching end tables and a ceiling fan. For your television viewing owner has provided extended programing and a DVD player. The Porch is screened and tiled with 2 lounge chairs. Additional items include; beach chairs , a beach umbrella and 1 tennis racket all in good condition. Condo is equipped with Wifi.
