This gorgeous 6 Bdrm, 4 baths Custom Tybee home designed by Savannah architect G. C. Sanders, has many bonuses; a ping pong table, tiki bar, elevator, heated pool, covered porches, bamboo wood floors throughout, and much more. The lush, tropical landscaping and the custom fence wrap the grounds encircling the optional heated pool* and ultimately creates your own private "Tybee Oasis."
Immediately upon entering this Coastal home's entryway, you will feel that you have found your home away from home. The entry level of the home has a bonus rec room with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television, a high-top table for 2, and a dry bar with a beverage cooler. French doors lead out to the secluded, fenced pool area with plenty of seating, a tiki bar, stainless steel gas grill, ping pong table, and outdoor shower (cold only).
Part of enjoying Tybee is enjoying the outdoors. The ample outdoor seating options give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy Tybee time. The beautiful central staircase or the elevator will take guests to the lavishly generous accommodations.

The living room has a large sectional sofa (not a sleeper) plus club chairs and a large flat-screen TV. Opposite the kitchen, the formal dining area features an 8-seat table. In addition to the formal dining area, there is also a breakfast nook with seating for 4.
Nestled by the staircase is the wet bar with a wine chiller.
The second floor has four bedrooms and three baths, including a laundry room.
BEDROOM 1- A Jack and Jill full bath with tub/shower combination and double vanity connects to a Queen bedroom with a private covered balcony
BEDROOM 2- King bedroom with television.
BEDROOM 3- Queen bedroom with television. It is adjacent to a full bath, accessible by the hallway, with a combination tub/shower.
BEDROOM 4- This spacious main bedroom is a private retreat with upscale furnishings, a King bed, large flat-screen TV, and a sitting area for 2.
The 5-piece en-suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub, an oversized tiled shower with a seat, and a double vanity. Two separate doors access the private covered wrap-around porch. Stairs provide quick and easy access down to the pool area, or choose to lounge on the deck's comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy the tropical scenery from the second floor.
Guests will find two additional bedrooms on the top Living Area floor.
BEDROOM 5-The first features a queen bed.
BEDROOM 6- This bedroom has a full bed with a small balcony for a private retreat.
These bedrooms sit adjacent on either side of a beautiful spacious full bath with a large tiled shower. The 3rd level also includes a sprawling covered wrap-around deck. Enjoy your coffee and island life on the porch swing as you overlook the pool area and grounds or watch the birds in the surrounding trees. Finally, an impressive 9' teak table accommodates outside dining. Last but not least, the cupola!
The staircase is the only access to the 4th-floor cupola, which features glass windows on all sides for a 360-degree view. This is the perfect spot if you are looking for some private time from family and friends. You could enjoy hours of private reading time! A generously oversized armchair doubles as a pull-out twin sleeper.
It will be hard to pull yourself away from this stunning home, but you will be within walking distance to a few of Tybee's most popular visitor attractions.

The award-winning Tybee Island Wedding Chapel and Grand Ballroom is less than 1 mile from this home. The Shops at Tybee Oaks are also in the same vicinity. Shops like Latitude 32 and Seaside Sisters are a few of our favorites for unique souvenirs and Tybee memorabilia. You will find Tybean Art and Coffee Bar and Huc-A-Poos Bites in the same area. These locally owned eateries are popular year-round with Tybee Island locals!

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.
You must contact a member of our reservation staff 72 hours before your arrival to add the heated pool option.
