Location is very close to French Quarter and there’s a Coffee Shop across road.
For a ‘full equipped kitchen’ it lacked a frying pan. They supplied a 1 brew coffee pack for only the first night. Was there 5 nights and no fresh towels.

The unit needs a new bed. The bed dips badly in the middle and where the mattresses meet are different heights. The pillows are hard.

Great location. Kitchen had everything needed. Nice space, large TVs, safe, well staffed, washer and dryer, easy access.
Not enough shampoo, body wash, soap, toilet paper for our entire stay. Couch advertised as an extra bed was broken. Couch extremely uncomfortable for a bed. Should be advertised as a 2 bed, when the couch doesn’t work as a bed.

Doorknob was broken when we arrived, broke again days after we settled in locking us into our room (fire hazard), there were only two bathroom towels so we had to wash and dry daily, hallways smelled like mold, machines in fitness area were broken, entrance door was frequently left unlocked (security issue), garbage in hallways,
