This ground floor condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation in the Sea Dunes Building. Enjoy the hundred year old Live Oak Trees that drape the roads and bike paths right next to the sea. Whether riding bikes on the miles of paved bike trails, fishing, shopping, or horseback riding on the beach, there is always something to do on the Plantation! Several restaurants are also located on the Plantation for easy dinning. Ocean front ground floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Only a 25 yard walk to beach!!!! On site pool. Condo has 3 bedrooms with King beds. Outside patio with table and chairs. Large grassy area between condo and beach. Perfect for lawn games and for children to play or evening cocktails.

Condo is roomy, location to beach and pool is perfect, and the host are amazing. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back next year.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo! Easy access to beach. Lots of thoughtful details attended to by hosts. Kitchen well stocked with tools for cooking. Condo beautifully decorated and very cozy! 3 king size beds with ensuite baths a real treasure. Our family of 5 adults had lots of privacy and comfort! Thanks to Brenda and Rick for sharing their beautiful space! We will be back!

We have rented a number of condo units through the years and this was the best. Good floor plan, very clean and organized. It had all the kitchen dishes, pots, pans, and other utensils that most anyone would need.
