About this apartment rental

This ground floor condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation in the Sea Dunes Building. Enjoy the hundred year old Live Oak Trees that drape the roads and bike paths right next to the sea. Whether riding bikes on the miles of paved bike trails, fishing, shopping, or horseback riding on the beach, there is always something to do on the Plantation! Several restaurants are also located on the Plantation for easy dinning. Ocean front ground floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Only a 25 yard walk to beach!!!! On site pool. Condo has 3 bedrooms with King beds. Outside patio with table and chairs. Large grassy area between condo and beach. Perfect for lawn games and for children to play or evening cocktails.
No Pets allowed and minimum stay is 7 days. No Smoking

Cute and comfy condo. Able to walk off of the back patio and down to the beach easily. Nice pool that was not overcrowded in July. Plenty of pans, silverware, cups etc for the number of people the unit accommodates. Would definitely stay here again!

The check-in process was received in an email and a telephone call with Rick, the owner. He was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. A very nice person to work with.The kitchen is beautiful, and it was stocked with every glass, dish, utensil and condiments needed to prepare snacks and meals.
