Very comfortable beds and the place was super clean! Cute front porch in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and did her best to make our stay comfortable. The only negative was that the air conditioning wasn't working. The property manager did her best to get an HVAC team in to look at the unit but with such a short stay, we understand why that wasn't possible. But it did make for a few uncomfortable nights. Overall great rental and would stay again.

The place was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet whenever we were there (we were gone most of the day for a conference). We did find a roach in one of the bedrooms on arrival, but other than that it was clean. There was no other issues other than the whole place being kind of dimly lit. We think one of the bulbs in the kitchen was out, and there were no other lights in there, so using the kitchen at night was not the best. We had to turn the laundry room light on (which was next to the kitchen) as that light was brighter. We saw a lot of broken things around the property, like 2 of the backs of the dining room chairs were cracked where the back meets the seat, but none of the other things affected our stay. It was comfortable enough for why we were there. An economical place to stay.
