Property is found at the end of a dead end street. The home is shared with down stair resident was I was unaware of. When entering home had strong smell of cleaner but the floors where not clean things in all rooms where dusted and sticky. Bed spreads where not clean they had cat or dog hairs on them. Stairs going up stairs a very steep and hard to climb and come down safely. Show doors need to be cleaned and grab bars installed for older guest. Older home but remodel is not bad just things are unfinished.
