Deluxe Business City Apartments Metzingen Villa Landenberger

Le calme et la literie La place de parc et la situation au centre ville La propreté et la communication

Éclairage à l’entrée Peut-être un peu de café pour le matin

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment in an old building, close to the center, eating places and shopping areas. The lady owner was very responsive and polite. Kitchen is well equipped but we didn’t have the chance to make any meals. Because it’s an old building, the old wooden floorboards and stairs make noice when walking on it. Since it’s a historical old building so no elevator available. This apartment is on the 1st floor. Take extra care when carry luggage to the apartment as the old wooden staircase is a little steep and the creaking sound did make me worried. Sauna is available in the bathroom but we didn’t use it. The shower water is strong and warm enough to have a good shower but after shower, need to work a little on drying the wet floor.

Sehr zentral , großzügige Wohnung , sehr gute Matratzen bei den Betten

Etwas muffig im Bad - wohl dem Altbau geschuldet, man kann aber ja ein Fenster kippen

Nothing good except for location. T.V wasn’t good!

The whole house was creaking. Wood was rotten. Kitchen wasn’t equipped. Sofas and seating area wasn’t comfortable. Main door wasn’t locking. Furniture needs to be replaced. Door needs to be replaced. Security functions are needed.
