- لا يوجد مصعد فكان متعب حمل الحقائب خصوصا ان اخترت الشقة الديلوكس في اعلى دور. - لا يوجد تكييف ومع ان المنطقة مرتفعة والجو بارد ليلاً ويوجد مروحة في الصالة لكن في الصيف سيكون متعب قضاء الليل بدون تكييف ولو فتحت النوافذ تحتاج وقت لتبرد الغرفة.

Es war sehr sauber, die Küche hatte alle Utensilien genügend für mehr als 4 Personen. In der WG 3 gab es kleine Marmeladengläschen und Kaffee. Leider nicht in der WG 2.

Die Matratze des Doppelbettes in der WG 2 war etwas alt und unbequem. Schön wäre es, wenn Wasser zur Verfügung gestanden hätte, aber das wäre noch ein Sahnehäubchen.

Die Lage ist einzigartig und sehr ruhig. Dusche funktioniert gut. Leider gibt eshier ncht mehr zu sagen.

Unpersönlicher Empfang mit Schlüsselbox.Daher die Bewertung.fürs Personal. Parksituatuon ist sehr beengt. Betten für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Küchenausstattung ist sehr knapp gehalten, etwas mehr Geschirr und Topflappen wären wünschenswert gewesen. Backofen war extrem verkrustet und musste daher vor Benutzung teilweise gesäubert werden. Küchenabzug ohne montiertes Abzugsrohr, obwohl Aussenöffnung vorhanden ( zumindest scheint es einen Plan zu geben - siehe Bild .....).Daher hält sich der Küchengeruch hartnäckig und schafft Erinnerungen in allen mitgebrachten Textilien

The building has been renovated recently and the design of the bathroom and kitchen is nice and modern. The space is adequate for a family although there a non sitting /living room only bedrooms and a kitchen. My daughter loved the trampoline.

Road noise! The vue is superb except from unit 3 which face the recycling bins and someone else backyard. But we were surprised to hear road noise all the time. Right at the end of the land, there is a small road with cars going fast all the time. And then further out there are many high trafic noise so spending time outside is not that enjoyable. Even in the evening. This location would have been a piece of heaven if it was not this noise. Avoid unit #3: is at the street level. Only the neighbours pass by but still you can’t sleep with the windows open and the view is not great. When we visited, it was 36 degrees. The unit has not air Conditioning and no mosquito screen so you either suffocate from heat or you have lots of flies and mosquitos in the house bussing in your ears at night. You can’t really open the windows in the bedrooms, they are right on the street. Other units don’t have this problems. I noticed neighbouring house had screens which would be a great addition
