Turtle Cay, Seychelles 1801 is beachfront in Panama City Beach, Florida. Your beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath wrap around condo overlooks the majestic Gulf's sugar sands and emerald waters. If you're looking for a quieter place to relax and have fun, Seychelles is the place for your vacation. Close to fine and casual restaurants and all the attractions that make Panama City Beach so much fun. This property has the "WOW" factor you are looking for! We've provided all the comforts of home and then some. We like to hear our guests say upon arrival 'this is just like the photos we saw on your website. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, 4 in 2 king beds, 2 on the queen sleeper sofa and 2 on the twin over full bunk beds just for the kids.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.
The great room is decorated in elegant nautical style. This huge room boasts a sweeping sleeper sofa and love seat combo, flat screen 52' TV and the most spectacular views of Grand Lagoon and The Gulf anywhere on the beach. See the Pass and Shell Island from the panoramic windows. Watch the large ships arrive and depart through the pass. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset. If you're lucky enough to be here when the moon is full, you are in a very special treat. Meet Mr. Turtle, our ottoman. He's always the kids' favorite! Step out on to your incredible wrap around balcony! Furnished with plenty of chairs and tables so you can enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the beach action all day long and checking out the incredible Gulf sunsets. You can walk all the way around the building to see Grand Lagoon, too. Fabulous view!
You'll enjoy large smart TVs throughout the condo with DirecTV Stream provided at no cost. High Speed Wi-fi lets you surf by the surf, too!
Your nautical dining table seats 6 with an amazing view! The chandelier harkens back to bygone days at sea! You'll feel like the captain of the ship when you are dining here. Check out the ship's telegraph and the chart on the wall that shows the way from the Bay, through the Pass and out to the open ocean. Totally amazing!
The large gourmet kitchen has a view, too and an an eat-in breakfast bar with swivel barstools for more seating. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bakeware you'll need. We have both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The stacked laundry set is located just off the kitchen for your convenience. We also provide an iron and ironing board so you can look your best for that special night out.
The Seychelles Main Suite is your beachfront oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with a memory foam topper and silky high thread count sheets. A large flat screen TV makes this your private oasis. This ocean front suite has a private entry to the oceanfront balcony. A large flat screen TV provides your own private entertainment system. The Main Suite Bath is private with a large walk in shower with a handheld shower massage and huge garden soaking tub. The vanity has beautiful double sinks and plenty of lighting, too.
The Grand Lagoon bedroom decorated in tropical style and is right on Grand Lagoon with a sliding door to access the incredible wrap around balcony any time you want to! This bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed! The memory foam topper and extra fine sheets complete the total package! You'll love being able to walk right out on to the balcony with your own private seating area. The large flat screen TV adds to the ambience. This bedroom has a private entry to the Grand Lagoon Bathroom which is shared with the Crew's Quarters bedroom. This second bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combo with a shower massage and a single granite topped vanity. There's a hair dryer provided for your convenience.
The Crew's Quarters bedroom is perfect for the youngsters, it includes a twin over full bunk set and a flat screen TV. There is a window with a view of the Hathaway Bridge and the lagoon. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet for stashing all the kids' stuff! Bunk beds are for use by persons under 100 pounds only, please.
You'll enjoy the two sparkling beachfront pools and a hot tub for your enjoyment. These are right on the beach! The fitness center is free for guests to use. The beach kiosk has chair rentals available and also parasailing and other beach activities, right in your "backyard." The covered charcoal grilling area is located on the top floor of the parking deck and is free for guests to use.
Your rental includes parking in one space in the parking deck and one space in our office lot 3.8 miles away, Parking on property is limited and rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. If you need to bring a second vehicle, please check with us for free parking at our office location on Joan AV.

Overall we enjoyed our visit in PCB and honestly didn’t want to spend our time together calling maintenance about things that should’ve been checked by Property Mgmt prior to renting, so what we comment here is strictly for the owners and to make them aware.
Likes: Location, wrap around balcony were great. Easy check in/out, parking, trash disposal & access to the beach, shopping & restaurants
Dislikes: Cleanliness was an issue for sure. As soon as we walked in our feet were sliding on the floor and it wasn’t wet. Very dusty (furniture, fans, pix, etc). Not sure if aware but there is a broken stool. Top cushion part is completely disconnected from the legs (found out the hard way), stovetop not clean (button area, rusted door, food caked between stove/countertop and stovetop itself needs attention, utensils in drawers (knives in particular-crusty), balcony had trash on it & the table had not been cleaned. Not sure what the wooden brace on the balcony is for but assuming there was storm damage and this is a temporary fix to provide extra support. Couch had sand all over it & under cushions. Bathrooms were not clean esp around shower areas (hair, grime).
Place needs some updated appliances, a fresh coat of paint and a DEEP cleaning.
Counted 8 resort bracelets when we arrrived. There were not 11. No one was checking arm bands so I’m not even sure why they are there.
Sugg: Provide rental Beach chairs/umbrella for guests.

Nice place but not having two parking spaces in garage was a challenge to park across the street with second vehicle. Property manager offers parking 4 miles a way but that is inconvenient. It’s a Seychelles policy so no getting around it.
