The location was perfect and the condo was a fun vibe! Like old Miami modern vibe…the bathrooms were super cool too! Huge! The couch was needing a cleaning or just replaced. The hosts answered us very quickly with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is central to some good bars, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a really interesting looking place as well. Some cool art inside and lots of mirrors.
There was only one situational downside to the place. We were awakened one morning by a knocking on our door from someone on a lower floor who had a leak in their room, thinking we had caused it. The property manager called me about it several times, and I had to send photos proving the leak was not coming from our room. This was a minor
Inconvenience and the stranger knocking on our door was more worrisome than the calls from the property manager. She was polite and apologetic. Overall, an interesting and good stay.

I have not received my damage deposit back. The are a lot of scuff marks holes in wall and floor. The property looks better in pictures. It is slightly outdated. Check in was odd had to show ID to a door man who was giving me a hard time for no reason.
