Art filled luxury studio with killer views! Penthouse floor of the tallest building on Dickson Street. Walking distance to shops, Walton Art Center, UofA, nightlife, the square, restaurants and bars. High Speed Wifi, Cable TV, secure building, tempurpedic memory foam queen bed. Full kitchen with cookware, Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee and tea, washer and dryer. Listing includes one parking place right behind condo. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
When you walk into the unit, the first thing you will notice is the floor to ceiling windows along the entire east wall. From the room or the balcony, you get a bird's eye view of Dickson Street, Mount Sequoyah and the Boston Mountains. The condo is filled with paintings, prints, and sculpture from local and national artists. There is also antique barware to create the perfect cocktail party. Relax and enjoy cable TV or catch up on work with high speed internet.
Right outside the door are bars, restaurants, live theater, shopping and the trail system which offers over 35 miles for walking, hiking and bike riding. The trail runs all the way to the Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville, AR. There are numerous streams, rivers, and lakes in the area that offer many recreational opportunities and great fishing. The University of Arkansas offers many educational and entertainment activities as well as a full line up of college sports.

We’ve stayed at The Dickson each of the last 4 years for our annual Razorback basketball pilgrimage. Like the other units we’ve rented, this is a very nice property. Great location. Comfortable for my wife and me for a couple of days. Only complaint is the TV offering is so limited. When they say the property has “a basic cable package” they aren’t joking. Only a handful of local channels - no national news, no ESPN. Would be a nice upgrade.
