About this house rental
Beautiful beach house located on the north end of Amelia Island. This home has a great open layout and has been decorated and furnished with comfort and style in mind. Located in the ideal location, this home is just steps to the beach, convenient to Main Beach, and less than a 5-minute drive into charming downtown Fernandina Beach and its variety of great restaurants and shops.
In this home, you'll have views of the ocean from the living room and newly-replaced balcony and you are less an 100 steps to beach access. The beaches on this end of the island are very quiet and not crowded - ideal for a couple or family looking for a relaxing getaway.
Inside, the living area has plenty of seating and boasts ocean views from the main part of the home. The living room opens up to the expansive balcony where you also enjoy great ocean views. Flat screen TV in the living room, DVD player, and free WiFi service provided.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas burning stove-top and has been well-stocked. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for the guest's convenience.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. There is half bath/laundry room accessible from the downstairs deck area and it has been outfitted with a new washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower that is convenient when returning from the beach.
Plenty of deck space both on the top level and lower level make this a great home for kicking back and taking in the ocean views!
Beautifully remodeled beach cottage in the perfect location! The beach is literally just a few steps from your front door! Enjoy the peaceful setting of the beaches on the North end of Amelia Island. This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants.
This home is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch just around the corner.
The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm.
The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.
Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

The house was so nice and clean when we arrived. We love the close access to the beach. And dining options are a walk away. Also, just a short drive to the historic downtown area. Warm friendly people and beautiful weather made for an awesome time. We will be back again soon.

Great location with beautiful ocean views. Super clean and nice layout, very functional. Linens and towels were sparkling white. The deck is wonderful to relax on with a wonderful ocean breeze and beautiful views. There are gates on the deck at both stairway entrances which is fantastic if you have a pet. Quiet neighborhood and excellent parking. Very dog friendly town and house is set up great for a pet. Easy walk to restaurants and endless walking on beach and Fort Cinch. Only reason for giving 4* in overall rating is because queen bed was very uncomfortable and so was living room sofa. Both were very soft. My husband and I are in our late 60s so maybe just an old person thing.

We stayed for two weeks! The house has a great view of the ocean and is simple and comfortable. Super fast walk to a simply beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need, plus beach toys & chairs. The washer and dryer make packing light a WIN and going home with clean clothes even better! The kitchen needed a cake pan and we love to bake, so we bought one and left it there for future guests. Take your own Roku, the house doesn’t have one, but the cable channels were more than ample. Why be inside at all, though? The falling down fence, shared with the neighbor is a bit of an eye sore and the amazing deck with shade and sun could use a little work. Wear your flip flops to avoid splinters n nail heads, but again, who cares when you are at the beach all day?!. You can walk to dinner at Salt Life. Fort Clinch and adorable downtown Fernandina are just a stone’s throw away. Fernandina beach still has a few of these quaint beach houses left, go stay in this one before they are all replaced by jumbo sized 15 + person occupancy behemoths. Thanks for a great stay!
