The apartment WOLKENSTEIN in the Villa Grüntal was newly renovated in 2018 and equipped with new furniture. It is located on the ground floor and offers with its 60 m² plenty of space for two people.
The living space of the property is distributed over the open plan living area with dining room and fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, hallway and bathroom.
The living area is furnished with a cozy sitting area, a large flat-screen TV (diagonal 140 cm), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and a stereo with CD player.
The kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The cozy dining room can accommodate four people.
The living area leads to the furnished, covered and sheltered terrace. Here is a beach chair ready to relax.
The bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe and a second TV with integrated DVD player. Blackout curtains are available here.

Einige Erläuterungen zu den Einschränkungen. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand anwesend und auch nach Telefonat ist niemand erschienen, es wurde lediglich die Lage des Schlüsselsafes und der Code telefonisch angegeben. Auch dem Versprechen, einmal vorbei zu kommen, ist nicht entsprochen worden.
Sonst war alles wirklich perfekt, lediglich die Lage an einer lauten Durchgangsstraße war ein wenig einschränkend.
