Welcome to the newly renovated two bedroom apartment in a quiet condominium. The apartment was newly renovated in 2019 and equipped with modern furniture; the living area is approximately 55sqm.
In the living area there is a large flat screen TV, a 3-seater, 2-seater sofa with armchair and a dining area with 4 chairs. From the living room you can access the balcony. The open kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave and all important kitchen utensils. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (mattresses 90X200), spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV, pleated blinds and blackout curtains. The balcony is also accessible from the bedroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the children's room with a sliding glass door. Here is a 140X200 bed. The bathroom consists of an extra large, modern shower, modern vanity and a tall cabinet. Starting from the hallway, you will find the newly renovated toilet with vanity and tall cabinet. The apartment has WiFi. There is a separate parking space for you as well as bicycle parking spaces. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot; it is about a 12-minute walk to the beach.
