In a renovated building of the 16th century, situated on the land of a family-owned farm in Parcines, the apartment 16 Hundert perfectly combines its historic charm with modern luxury for a truly relaxing holiday experience and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of an open plan, well-equipped kitchen/living area with antique wooden roof beams, a dining table, sofa bed, and hanging chair, one bedroom with a stunning skylight over a craftsman-made bed, giving a direct of the snow-capped mountains and clear sky above, as well as one bathroom with an inviting bathtub and natural stone sink. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, heating, satellite and cable TV, a baby cot, a highchair as well as heated floors to ensure a cosy warmth throughout the property. Outside, guests are invited to use the communal terrace and generous garden of the property, equipped with a children’s playground and a grill, which provides for fun afternoons for guests of all ages. Due to its optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity of the property and beautiful hiking trails are nearby in Parcine. Furthermore, 4 popular ski areas are only 30 minutes away, including the family-friendly Merano 2000, which is a 21-minute drive or 18 km away. Here you can experience the fresh snow and crisp air of South Tyrol at its finest.

Das Gebäude liegt zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Für Hausgäste wurden Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft eingerichtet. Ein herzlicher Umgang mit den Gästen und ein großes Bewusstsein für Gäste zeichnet diese Unterkunft aus. Sie werden für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes zur Familie. Ausstattung und die Möglichkeiten vor Ort lassen es an nichts fehlen.
Das Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert und die Liebe zu Details ist deutlich zu spüren, so dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann.
Als besonders angenehm haben wir einen unkomplizierten Umgang mit Check-in und Wünschen empfunden. Informationsmaterial und Tipps zu Geflogenheiten vor Ort sind hilfreiche Begleiter und liegen im Foyer aus oder sind direkt zu erfahren.
Trotz Sanierung und moderner Einrichtung hat das Gebäude seinen ursprünglichen Charakter und seinen Charme behalten. Ein Herz für Kinder und Tiere zeichnen diese Hotelbesitzer aus. Kinder haben hier viel Raum und Platz, Tiere und Menschen mit Handicap ebenso.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut und der öffentliche Nahverkehr lässt es zu, dass das Auto stehen bleiben kann.
Als besonders erwähnenswert sind auch die Möglichkeiten und deren Vielseitigkeit, die sich Touristen rund um Meran und Umgebung bieten - sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter; für Kinder, Senioren, Familien, Alleinreisende, Paare, Tierbesitzer, Sportler und Menschen mit Handicap.
Kulinarisch lässt es Südtirol an kaum etwas fehlen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind lediglich die örtlichen Ruhe- und Schließzeiten, den kleinere Geschäfte und Restaurants speziell in den Teilorten obliegen. Planbar sind sie allemal. Man sollte sie jedoch im Hinterkopf haben.
Schlussendlich ist diese Unterkunft deutlich mit Daumen hoch und von Herzen zu empfehlen.
