The wheelchair accessible apartment “Ferienwohnung Typ D” is located on the ground floor of the beautiful residence Haller Hof in Dorf Tirol. Haller Hof is situated in the centre of the town, approximately 100 m from the parish church. The apartment, which offers a view to the courtyard, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a children's bed, a highchair, children’s toys (available in the property's inner courtyard), a baby bed (for an extra fee of €5), floor heating, a vacuum cleaner, a toaster (upon request) and a washing service (for a small fee). Furthermore, the residence boasts a courtyard where you can sit and relax on warm summer days. A selection of restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes and 2 supermarkets are a 1-minute walk away (approximately 50 m). The community doctor’s practice and the nearest pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away (240 m). Dorf Tirol also offers a public swimming pool, a mini-golf course, beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, bowling alleys, children’s playgrounds, a library, an e-bike rental shop and a football field. The bus stop for the bus 222, which takes you to the cable car Hochmuth, to the Tiroler Kreuz as well as to the ski lift in Merano is located in the immediate vicinity (50 m). The bus stop for the bus 221 to Merano, the bus 223 to Kuens and the bus 224 to Riffian and Vernuer is 200 m away. This is also the perfect accommodation for nature and sport enthusiasts as there are numerous hiking and walking trails in the immediate vicinity.
There is the option of a free pick-up from Merano train station. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price and can be changed upon request. The apartment has the label “Klimahaus B” for low energy consumption.

Cute little apartment but if barking dogs — yes plural — bother you, it might not be the right fit. Bed is very, VERY hard, but everything is quite clean and nice. Management, however, should provide dish soap and more than 1 dish towel. Tax paid in cash only was demanded a few days into our stay with no mention of this policy in our booking contract.
Excellent location. But, bells from the church ring at 6:30am every morning, and church is quite close. I didn’t mind bc I get up every morning at that time anyway, but it might bother some. Great little apt.

Pros: Es war eine sehr moderne Ferienwohnung mit für uns allem Komfort. Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Innenhof. Die Lage war perfekt und ruhig. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich.
